The Tejas Poco Ranch is located in Eastland County and was established in 1989.
The ranch has been intensively managed since 1994 and is comprised of 672 acres, consisting of various terrain ranging from lowland bottoms to open mesquite flats with dense oak thickets in-between.
The goal of the ranch is to establish the best possible deer herd through nutrition and selective harvests. The objective is to maintain a 1:1 doe to buck ratio while keeping the population at numbers the land can support.
