We want to thank you for making our 11 year olds first doe hunting trip a huge success.  We enjoyed every aspect of the trip from the bunkhouse to the shooting range and of course the hunt itself.  Your preparation and instructions to our son were great and he made the perfect shot on his deer which is amazing since he had never hunted before this trip.  Your ranch is set up very nicely and we are looking forward to returning for a Buck hunting trip in the future.  Our son definitely now has hunting fever and he is already talking about his future Buck hunt.

I have had the pleasure of hunting on the Tejas Poco ranch for many years with the Perdue family.  They are warm and inviting hosts who always make you feel like family.  I have known and hunted with the Perdue family for over twenty years.  They are safe, ethical hunters who are committed to wildlife conservation and land stewardship.  The accommodations and ranch house are beautiful and relaxing.  The hunting opportunities are tremendous with an abundance of quality game.  After the hunt, game preparation and trophy handling are first rate.   I value my time with the Perdues on the Tejas Poco ranch and am happy to highly recommend this hunt to those interested in a wonderful hunt in a family atmosphere.

Just got back from a hunt at Tejas Poco Ranch today. What an experience! This being my first guided hunt, I really didn't know what to expect, but Tejas Poco exceeded all expectations. I ended up killing the biggest deer I have ever killed and my 1st ten pointer. Tye and Troy really know how to treat a fella. The food was spectacular, the bunkhouse was nicer than my own house, and the hunting was great. It came down to the wire, but I was able to take a buck that I am going to be extremely proud to hang on the wall. The price is very affordable compared to many other places that I considered booking a hunt. You will be hard pressed to find two guys who work as hard as Troy and Tye to make sure you get a good deer and are treated like a king. I would recommend Tejas Poco to anybody, whether you are looking to take your kid on his/her first hunt or you are looking for that buck of a lifetime.
